I always thought it was stupid to dither civilian GPS signals when (1) differential corrections could repair the damage, and (2) Glonass was also available. Discontinuation of SA will put a dent in differential GPS sales, but I imagine that differential GPS will still be useful in serious surveys because it can still deliver better precision. It will be interesting to see which chipsets perform the best. Bob, WA3WDR
