The July-August newsletter should reach you any day now. Sorry for the delay but that was due to our complex system of updating the data base and producing mailing lables. Action has been taken to get your newsletters to you on time.

Budding authors should note that August 12 is the deadline for articles for the September-October 2000 issue. Contributions are sought, particularly on topics such as: software radios, DSP and LF. Please email your material to prinaldo@mindspring.com.
