Vienna Wireless Society Balloon launch on July 23

Some people on the repeater have shown interest in seeing the photos from the
recent balloon launch by our neighbour club: VWS.

Some of the near-space photos are remarkable, including some classing
"curvature of the earth" shots. 

Launch was in Front Royal. Recovery was in Burr Hill, about 9.5 miles SE of
Culpeper.
