PPL is not going to deploy BPL based on economics. We had hoped the
interference would have been a factor in their decision.

We prepared a report at Metavox on the measured levels which were above
FCC Part 15 in places and ARRL submitted the report along with others to
the FCC. The reports seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

Other AMRAD members who accompanied us to Pennsylvania include André
Kesteloot, N4ICK, Roger Geesey, KG4IRH and Paul Rinaldo, W4RI.

In Whitehall Township, the local police took us all in for questioning
as our activities looked evil and we just could not be up to anything
good. After some investigation and discussions we bought a Whitehall
Township business license on the spot. Once paid, we were permitted to
leave. A fun time was had by all.
