D-STAR questions

Hi Maitland.  I guess the same place the key jack is on the rest of our 
FM rigs!

I think there were some translated documents and I will try to find 
them.  I have not found any sort of test point to look at the raw data 
point at least with the ID-1 or the ID-800.  There is a digital add in 
card for the IC-2200 that might make it possible to get to the 4800 bps 
(allocated to 2400 voice, 1200 data, 1200 overhead and FEC).

I can get together with Howard or Dick KM4ML or Paul KI4DTL and record 
some of the audio probably. Seemed to be about what you would expect at 
2400 bps, pretty rough but comms quality.
