There was an anesthesia case where a pacemaker got put into a test mode by the cautery. Pulse rate started falling. The anesthesiologist started giving meds to speed it up. Then it started up and he was giving other meds until it started down. Realized that he had a sawtooth pattern on the chart and corrected things. N0UU
