Is anyone capable of receiving 8.4GHz downlink??

The ESA Rosetta spacecraft is about to do a flypast: 
 
Beacon is on 8.4217901 GHz, but with the 117kHz doppler (!), the current incident frequency on earth is 8.421907 GHz.

Information courtesy of Charlie   G3WDG, who has been receiving the beacon at about 25dB above noise measured in 2.5kHz bandwidth.
