A web cam with 2 minute refreshes would be extraordinary, 5 minutes is 
the norm. You can only learn this stuff by stressing the system.  
Monetary bandwidth  restrictions could cut in, you know the message 
"this site is temporarily closed due to it exceeding  it's monthly band 
width allotment" or something like that.  Success can cause problems.
